Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order and printed in Los Angeles. Nothing is produced in advance or held in stock.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Production: 1-2 business days
Shipping: 3-5 business days
Total: 4-7 business days from order to delivery

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Allow additional time during launches and holiday periods. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free within the United States. There is no minimum order.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our Los Angeles facility. Until then your order will show as in production. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delayed or failed delivery. Once an order has shipped it cannot be rerouted. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, check with your household and neighbors first, then contact your carrier. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected or actual delivery date at systems@alreadyheaven.com and we will make it right.
