Terms of service

These terms govern your use of alreadyheaven.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to them.

PRODUCTS

All garments are made to order and printed in Los Angeles. Product images are representative. Printed graphics may vary slightly in placement and color between individual pieces. This is a normal characteristic of made-to-order printing and is not a defect.

ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will be refunded in full.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order enters production shortly after payment, which is why orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Contact us immediately if you need to correct something and we will help if production has not started.

SHIPPING

Production takes 1-2 business days and shipping takes 3-5 business days, for a total of 4-7 business days within the United States. Shipping is free within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

RETURNS

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. Measurements for every size are listed on each product page. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at systems@alreadyheaven.com and we will replace it at no cost.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, graphics, designs, photography, and written content on this site are the property of Already Heaven and may not be reproduced, printed, or resold without written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to interfere with its operation.

LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Already Heaven's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
